Payment:
To book, please send a deposit of 20%, (only when this deposit is accepted will your dates be secure). The balance is payable one month before your holiday commences. If the booking is made within one month of arrival, the full cost of the rental must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Any deposit paid will be forfeited and booking must be cancelled in writing.
Insurance: It is recommended that travel insurance is taken out.
VAT: Prices include VAT.
Pets: Sorry we are unable to accept pets.
